LZBC, it’s been a good year. Hard to believe it is almost November! Don’t forget our Service time is changing to 10:30 a.m. November 7, is the end of day lights savings time. That means the clocks will fall back one hour. Our Service will start at 10:30 p.m.
As we prepare for the time “fall back”, let us as a church family not fall back into our old ways. let us not forget where we came from, and remember not to return to our former mess. As a dog returns to its vomit, so fools repeat their folly. Psalms 26:11. We have all been delivered from our past sins. In this new season let us not give up meeting together, there is strength in numbers. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:13-14. Let the old you fall back, let Christ guide the new you toward the prize that is our blessing. Be enocuraged.
Don’t forget to get the church app. I encourage you to take a look around the new website. A lot of hard work and thought went it to the update version of the website. Post on the prayer wall, because the family that prays together stays together!
